The first job I got out of college was as an Associate Development Engineer at the Burroughs Research Center in Paoli Pennsylvania.  There I worked on the development of the check sorter pictured below. The slide show below the check sorter shows images from the leisure time activities I had the privilege to engage in such as driving a sportscar, learning to fly, and general recreation. Click on the check sorter to see a slide show with pictures from my time in Pennsylvania.

After I left Burroughs Corporation I went back to California, first to the Bay area where I worked for Beckman Systems, and later to Southern California, both LA and San Diego at different times.

After California I ended up in Florida after a short detour to the Washington DC area.

After Nokia closed its modem development activity in the USA, we took over the lab and started DPI, which later was  acquired by Cirrus Logic. They decided to move our business to North Carolina.
